Week 2: Resilient Sleep

About the Program
Back to Weekly Agendas

Sleep is the Lynchpin for Resilience

Sleep is essential for a strong immune system and resilience in body, mind, & heart. Tune in for the live Resilience Talk for strategies to care for your sleep amidst the stressors of COVID-19. Use the additional classes below to help you get the Z's you need.

For the Kiddos

The last part of the resilience talk dives into support for kids and parents.

Bedtimes. Have they gotten tougher lately? When kids are stressed they may not sleep well. Irregular sleep can lead to increased behavioral problems including irritability, emotional sensitivity, tantrums, poor concentration, and impaired stress management. Dr. Culbert will cover sleep facts and key strategies to help kids get the sleep they need.
