For the Kiddos
The last part of the resilience talk dives into support for kids and parents.
Bedtimes. Have they gotten tougher lately? When kids are stressed they may not sleep well. Irregular sleep can lead to increased behavioral problems including irritability, emotional sensitivity, tantrums, poor concentration, and impaired stress management. Dr. Culbert will cover sleep facts and key strategies to help kids get the sleep they need.
Awake at 3 am?
Are you lying awake in the middle of the night? Does your mind get stuck on ruminating ideas & it won’t let go? Try to NAP.
