Natural Mental Health Subtypes

Anxious Mood

I feel fearful, inadequate, and nervous. I'm often worried about the future and my ability to measure up. I tend to become dependent in relationships and hold on too tightly.

Anxious Mood Plan

Agitated Mood

I feel angry, resentful, despairing, and bitter. I tend to be judgmental, demanding, and highly critical in relationships. I push people away if they don't meet my high standards.

Agitated Mood Plan

Sluggish Mood

I feel confused/foggy, have trouble concentrating, and don't feel motivated to work. I pull away from relationships, slow down, and tend to sleep too much (or want to).

Sluggish Mood Plan

Worried Mind

I often feel nervous, worried and fearful of the future. I can’t stop thinking that something bad might happen. It’s hard for me to let go of tension and worry.

Worried Mind Plan

Reactive Mind

I often over-react to small stresses and can easily become panicked. I tend to see danger everywhere. Sometimes I avoid things that I’m afraid will make me more anxious.

Reactive Mind Plan

Repeating Mind

I often feel edgy, irritable or agitated. I tend to repeat the same unpleasant thoughts over and over, like a broken record. Sometimes I also get caught in rigid or repetitive behaviors.

Repeating Mind Plan

Distracted Brain

I often feel disorganized, anxious, and restless. I tend to be talkative, creative, impulsive, have trouble following through on tasks, and get over-focused on activities I really like.

Distracted Brain Plan

Distressed Brain

I often feel fidgety, distracted, and compulsive. I tend to get angry, defiant, aggressive, and am easily upset. I might have sensory sensitivities, trouble settling down, and mood swings.

Distressed Brain Plan

Lethargic Brain

I often feel spaced out and flat in mood. It seems like it takes too long for me to process things and my energy and motivation can be low. I am sensitive and sometimes withdraw.

Lethargic Brain Plan
