Spring Reset Supplements
There are key supplements to help support your body's natural detoxification process (noted in the video). We've made it super easy (and saved you money!) by bundling everything you need in our Spring Reset Supplement Bundle.
Spring Reset Instructions: 10-14 Days
For 5 days prior to starting the reset, eliminate common toxins from your diet, including alcohol, caffeine, tobacco, preservatives and additives, artificial colorings and flavorings, white sugar, white flour and any junk food.
Eat 9 servings of vegetables daily.
Especially celery, radishes, parsley, asparagus, artichoke, garlic and onions, fennel, garlic-scapes, scallions, leeks, green peas and mushrooms, dandelion greens, watercress, Swiss chard, arugula, bok choy, mustard greens, spinach, kale, endive, radicchio, bean sprouts and alfalfa sprouts.
Consume 4-5 servings of protein daily.
Mainly chicken and eggs, hemp or pea protein powder, tofu, tempeh and miso. Chickpeas, lentils, split peas, mung beans and fava beans. Quinoa. Favor almonds, flaxseed, pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds. Use goat or sheep dairy products and limit to 1 serving per day.
Consume 3 servings of fruit daily.
Include seasonal fruits such as grapefruit, avocados, strawberries, blueberries lemon, limes, prunes, rhubarb.
Include the following grains.
Amaranth, barley, buckwheat, millet, and brown basmati rice, quinoa, millet. May include Ezekiel brand or other sprouted grain products.
Consume 80 oz of fluid daily.
Water (warm lemon water). Herbal teas such as spearmint, chamomile, marshmallow root, burdock, and dandelion, hibiscus. Bone broth and vegetable broth. Apple cider vinegar 3X daily.
- Consume kimchee, sauerkraut, or other fermented vegetables
- Freely use fenugreek, fennel and mustard seed, ginger, turmeric, red chilies, rosemary It is important to eat every two to three hours to keep blood sugar levels normal.
- Avoid constipation. eat the recommended servings of vegetables, grain and fruit. Or add a fiber supplement, such as Psyllium. Senna leaf tea is useful as well.
- Try to avoid non-organic produce (The Dirty Dozen by the Environmental Working Group)
- A brisk thirty-minute walk or three ten-minute walks.
- Break a sweat! Consider a sauna or steam.
- ACES. Vitamin A, vitamin C, Vitamin E and selenium
- Dandelion Root extract
- Milk Thistle extract
